Return Policy
At Train Tables Online, we are
committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy
with your purchase, return the unused item within 30
days for a full refund of purchase price (minus
shipping charges for original free shipping
plus return shipping).
There is a 15% restocking fee. All packaging
and contents must be in new, unused
condition.

properly credit your account or provide an
exchange if preferred.
Damaged Item Returns
If an item
is damaged upon receipt we will replace the damaged
item or part with "NO CHARGE" for shipping and
parts. We must be notified of damage within
15 days of delivery to receive free replacement
parts and free delivery.
